Rockmelon Breakfast Bowls
Start the day off right with this fruity rockmelon bowl, overflowing with raspberry and coconut yogurt and topped off with some delish summer berries!
INGREDIENTS:

1 small rockmelon

300g Raspberry and coconut yogurt

3 tbsp of your favourite Brookfarm granola

1/2 blueberry punnet (rinsed)

1/2 strawberry punnet (rinsed)
METHOD:

Slice the rockmelon in half and scoop out the seeds for the yogurt to fit.

Fill the rockmelon with the yogurt followed by strawberries sliced into quarters stuck into the top.

Add the blueberries and a good sprinkle of Brookfarm granola.
