Roasted Radish

Ingredients
- 3 Bunches Red Radishes
- 1 Tbsp Italian Herbs
- Salt and Peper
- Olive Oil
- ½ Punnet Salad Leaves (Pea Tendrils, Rocket, Baby Spinach)
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Remove the tops from the radishes and discard, wash them well.
- Cut the bigger ones in half or into quarters and leave the little ones whole.
- Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with the Italian mix herbs.
- Toss well and place into the preheated oven. Roast them for 20-25mins until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and serve on a bed of green salad.
Chef's tips:
- Great for roasts, BBQ meat or vegetables dishes.
- You can also roast them with Dutch carrots, broccolini, cauliflower etc or any European dressing style.
