Melons, Labneh, Honey and Dukkah
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- ½ watermelon, cut into cubes
- ½ rockmelon, cut into cubes
- HFM Persian Labneh cheese
- HFM Honey, to drizzle
- Dukkah, to garnish
- Re-Purposeful Picks salsa verde, to garnish
Method:
- Prep your melon but removing the rind and cutting both the rockmelon and watermelon into small, bite size cubes.
- On a big serving platter, place the labneh in the middle and using a spoon, smear it in a circle pattern, around the platter. Place the chopped melon on top.
