Christmas Ham with Honey-Glazed Carrots
Ingredients
- Pastoral Double Smoked Ham Portion or Pastoral Half Leg of Ham (Bone In)
- Dutch carrots (mixed colours)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- Pepper
Method
- In a bowl add 3 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp white wine vinegar and a pinch of pepper to create honey glaze.
- Score the ham, then glaze it. Stud ham with cloves.
- On a baking tray place the ham and carrots.
- Cover carrots with honey glaze.
- Bake on 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
- Serve for Christmas!
