Green Beans with Garlic and Crispy Bacon

Ingredients
- 500g Green Beans
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 100g Streaky Bacon
- Salt and Pepper
- 10g Butter
- ¼ Cup Water
Method
- Prep the green beans by cutting off the tops and keeping the tails.
- Finely slice the garlic cloves and finely dice the bacon. Set aside.
- Bring a large pan to high heat. Add the butter and beans, and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add the water and cook until the water evaporates, stirring occasionally, for approximately 5 minutes.
- Then add the garlic and bacon. Cook for 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve hot.
Chef's Tips:
Serve as a side dish with grilled meats, slow cook meats, roasts, seafood or fish.
