Baked Camembert with Balsamic Strawberries
Serves: 4
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 20 minutes
INGREDIENTS

1 regular sized Camembert cheese wheel

1 cup QLD Strawberries, sliced

Small bunch of thyme

1 tbsp caramelised balsamic vinegar

Baguette or crackers to dip (something crunchy!)
METHOD

Preheat your oven to 150°C

In the meantime, prep your strawberries by cutting off the tops and slicing evenly

In a small mixing bowl, add the strawberries, caramelized balsamic vinegar and thyme, and mix so that the strawberries are evenly coated

Place the camembert in the middle of a baking tray lined with baking paper. Place in the oven for 12 minutes

Remove the cheese from the oven, allow to cool slightly for 5 minutes before adding the strawberry mixture on top

Serve with something crunchy - toasted baguette, lavosh or seeded crackers!
