Baked Brie
Ingredients
- Wheel of brie (or camembert)
- Garlic clove, finely sliced
- Rosemary sprigs
- Olive oil
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Score a few 1/2cm deep slices on the top of the brie, and poke garlic slices in along a few fresh rosemary sprigs and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, or until gorgeous and oozy in the middle.
- Serve with favourite bread.
