All of their cheeses are made on King Island from 100% King Island milk, sourced from a handful of local farms and delivered fresh daily to our dairy.
As Cheddar cheese ages, its texture changes from smooth and pliable to dry and crumbly. Flavour also develops from a mild, buttery taste to rich and sharp.
King Island Tasmanian Cheddar cheese are best served at room temperature.
