Cooking Tips

Season Beef Osso Bucco with salt and pepper. Get a casserole type dish, on a high heat, drizzle olive and sear the beef for approx 2 min on each side. Add 1 cup of stock and 1 jar of Harris Farm Napoletana Tomato Cooking Sauce, cover with a lid and place in the oven. Cook for 2 hrs and then remove lid, place back into the oven and cook for further 20 min, remove from oven and remove all the excess oil using a spoon, rest for 10 min and serve.
