Blackwattle Imperial Dry Gin 

We take the “Heads” and “Tails” from our Sydney Dry and OP Sydney Gin distillations and redistill them with a fresh batch of botanicals in what is called the “Queen’s Run”. With juniper, rosemary and ruby grapefruit amongst thirteen carefully selected botanicals, this gin is dry and complex. This gin becomes cloudy when served with ice, mixed with tonic or stirred in your Martini. This “ouzo effect” occurs due to the huge number of essential oils that are extracted from the botanicals in the distillation process. A sure sign that only quality ingredients go into this premium gin. 47% ABV.
