Wasabi Corn on the Cob

Ingredients
- 4 Corn Cobs
- 40g Butter
- 2 tsp Wasabi Paste
- ¼ Cup Mayonnaise
- ½ Lemon
- 4 tsp Furikake
- Salt and Pepper
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C. Soften butter to room temperature.
- Peel the husk back but leave on the stem and remove the silk. Set the corn aside.
- Mix the softened butter with 1 tsp of wasabi paste and season with salt. Brush corn with the wasabi butter.
- Cover the corn back up with the husks and tie with a string. Place on a lined baking tray and cook for 30-40 minutes until tender and golden.
- Meanwhile, combine the mayo with the juice of ½ a lemon, 1 tsp of wasabi paste, and season with salt and pepper.
- Unwrap the corn from the husks, brush all over with wasabi mayonnaise and sprinkle with Furikake.
