Makes 4 cups.

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. Rinse the tomatoes and raspberries with water then transfer into a large blender. Add the pineapple, walnuts, goji berries, basil and the water and blend for 1 minute or until smooth. 
  2. Divide into glasses and add a few ice cubes if you like your smoothie a bit colder.
