Roasted Green Beans with Parmesan and Almonds

Ingredients
- 500g Green Beans
- ⅓ Cup Almond Flakes
- 70g Parmesan Cheese
- ¼ Lemon
- ½ tsp Smoked Paprika
- Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
- Chilli Flakes, optional
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C. Prep the beans by removing the tops and keeping the tails.
- Place the beans on a lined baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with paprika.
- Add the almond flakes and grate the parmesan cheese on top and toss well. Place the tray in the oven and roast for 15-20 minutes, tossing every 7 minutes, until the beans turn golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chilli flakes if desired and grate the zest of ¼ of a lemon. Serve hot.
