Mango & Nectarine Lemonade Popsicles
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup mango, chopped
- 1 cup nectarine, chopped
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 cups water
- Extra nectarine
METHOD
- In a blender, add 1 cup chopped mango, 1 cup chopped nectarine, 1/4 cup honey, 1/2 cup lemon juice and 2 cups of water. Blend until smooth.
- Add nectarine slices into popsicle moulds.
- Pour mixture into moulds.
- Freeze for 6-8 hours.
