Frozen Yoghurt and Berry Bark

Serves: Makes 1 tray
Ingredients
- 500g Yoghurt, any flavour
- 1 Punnet Blueberries
- 1 Punnet Raspberries
- ½ Punnet Strawberries
- ¼ Cup Granola
Method

Spread the yoghurt evenly on a lined baking tray.

Cut the strawberries into thin slices.

Sprinkle the berries and granola all over the yoghurt and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours until fully frozen.
- Remove from the freezer, break into medium-sized pieces, and serve on a platter.
