Plant Based Milk Chia Pudding

Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- ½ Cup Chia Seeds
- 3 Cups Plant Based Milk (oat, almond, almond, soy, macadamia milk)
- ½ tbsp Brown Sugar
- 4 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1½ Cup Granola
- 1 Punnet Blueberries
- 1 Banana
- 4 tbsp Coconut Yoghurt
Method:
- Place the chia seeds in a mixing bowl and add 1 cup of hot water. Stir through until all water is absorbed and the chia thickens.
- Place the chia in a medium size pot together your choice of Plant based milk. Bring to simmer while whisking so the chia is incorporated with the milk.
- Add the sugar and stir through. Turn off the heat and let it cool for 10 minutes.
- Serve the chia seed warm topped with granola, blueberries, sliced banana and dollop of yoghurt.
- Drizzle with maple syrup and enjoy warm.

- Serve with any types of berries
