Plant Based Milk Chia Pudding

Serves: 

Ingredients:

  • ½ Cup Chia Seeds
  • 3 Cups Plant Based Milk (oat, almond, almond, soy, macadamia milk)
  • ½ tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 4 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1½ Cup Granola
  • 1 Punnet Blueberries
  • 1 Banana 
  • 4 tbsp Coconut Yoghurt

Method:

  1. Place the chia seeds in a mixing bowl and add 1 cup of hot water. Stir through until all water is absorbed and the chia thickens.

  2. Place the chia in a medium size pot together your choice of Plant based milk. Bring to simmer while whisking so the chia is incorporated with the milk.

  3. Add the sugar and stir through. Turn off the heat and let it cool for 10 minutes.

  4. Serve the chia seed warm topped with granola, blueberries, sliced banana and dollop of yoghurt.

  5. Drizzle with maple syrup and enjoy warm.

Tips: 

  • Use any type of plant based milk
  • Serve with any types of berries
