Celery, Fennel & Pear Salad with Honey Mustard Dressing

Plate of celery, pear and fennel salad.

Serves: 4 

Ingredients

  • 3 Celery Stalks  
  • ½ Fennel 
  • 1 Pear  
  • 4 Tbsp Honey Mustard Dressing 
  • ½ Lemon 
  • Salt and Pepper  

Method

  1. Remove the white bottom ends of the celery and the leaves.  

  2. Wash the celery stalks then finely slice into ½ moons.  

  3. Finely shave the fennel and place it into a bowl with the juice of ½ a lemon. Toss well and set aside. 

  4. Cut the pear into quarters, remove the core and then finely slice. Mix through with the fennel. 

  5. Arrange all the ingredients on a platter and drizzle with honey mustard dressing. 

  6. Garnish with some of the fennel leaves and serve cold.
