Celery, Fennel & Pear Salad with Honey Mustard Dressing

Ingredients
- 3 Celery Stalks
- ½ Fennel
- 1 Pear
- 4 Tbsp Honey Mustard Dressing
- ½ Lemon
- Salt and Pepper
Method
- Remove the white bottom ends of the celery and the leaves.
- Wash the celery stalks then finely slice into ½ moons.
- Finely shave the fennel and place it into a bowl with the juice of ½ a lemon. Toss well and set aside.
- Cut the pear into quarters, remove the core and then finely slice. Mix through with the fennel.
- Arrange all the ingredients on a platter and drizzle with honey mustard dressing.
- Garnish with some of the fennel leaves and serve cold.
