Chives are ideal for sprinkling into potatoes, soups or scrambled eggs and are perfect stirred through sour cream or soft cheese. It's delicate, onion-like flavour pairs perfectly with basil, parsley, chilli, garlic, dill and oregano. A good source of vitamins K, C and A; some niacin and dietary fibre.
