Warm HFM Porridge with Grapes and Mixed Nuts

Ingredients
- 1 Cup White Grapes
- 1 Cup Red Grapes
- ½ Cup Macadamia Nuts
- ½ Cup Pecans
- 2 ½ Cups of Oats
- 3 Cups HFM Milk
- ½ tsp Vanilla essence
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 Tbsp honey
Method

Finely slice the grapes and place them in a bowl.

Place the nuts on a frying pan on medium heat and toast them for 3-5mins stirring occasionally until golden. Remove from pan and chop them, set aside.

Place the oats in a medium size pot.

Add the milk, vanilla essence, cinnamon, sugar and the pinch of salt.

Bring to the boil on medium heat while stirring from time to time.

Once thickens and bubbles, remove from heat and serve in a bowl with grapes and toasted nuts.

Drizzle with some honey and enjoy.
