Mike Press - Pinot Noir Rose'

Mike and Judy fell in love with the Rose’s of Provence and wanted to make a similar one from their single vineyard high in the Adelaide Hills.

This is not a sweet pink drink but a serious wine predominantly made from Pinot Noir and some Chardonnay, resulting in a wine of intense flavour and a long dry finish. 

The perfect wine when you want the palate feel and length of a red wine but the freshness and crispness of a white wine.
