Rare Beef Tostada

Ingredients
- Eye Fillet
- Dijon Mustard
- 2 Red onion
- High quality olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Corn or white soft tacos
- Capers
Cooking Instructions
- In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Toast tacos evenly on both sides then put aside.
- Season Eye Fillet with salt on both sides. Grill them to your preference using the 3-4-1 method: 3 minutes on one side, 4 minutes on the other, and then 1 minute on the last side.
- Once cooked to your preference, thinly slice the fillet and put aside.
- Dress the tacos with the Dijon mustard, eye fillet slices, thinly sliced red onion, capers and salt to taste.
