Pavlova with Cream & Summer Fruits

Serves: 8-10 

Ingredients:

  • 1 Pavlova 
  • 600ml Thickened Cream  
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence  
  • 2 Tbsp Icing Sugar  
  • 4 Gold Kiwi Fruit 
  • 2 Punnet Blueberries  
  • 6 Passion Fruits

Method:

1 - Place the cream, vanilla essence and icing sugar in a bowl. Mix with an electric mixer until soft to hard peaks form and set aside in the fridge.

2 - Peel off the skin of the kiwis using a sharp knife and cut the kiwis across into thin round slices.  

3 - Add the ½ of the cream to the top of the pavlova, arrange the kiwi fruit on top of the cream, add some blueberries and some passion fruit on top. Cut into slices and serve with more cream and fruits.
