Passionfruit Breakfast Bowl
INGREDIENTS

4 passion fruit pulp removed

2 frozen bananas sliced

7 frozen strawberries

½ cup coconut milk
-
2 tbsp coconut butter
Toppings:
-
Extra passion fruit pulp
-
Fresh berries (strawberries and raspberries)

Flaked almonds
METHOD

Combine in a blender: the sliced frozen banana, frozen strawberries, the coconut milk and coconut butter. Blitz until the mixture is smooth.

Add the passion fruit pulp to the blender and stir through using a spatula rather than blending it, which will cut the seeds up.

Pour into a bowl and garnish over the top with sliced strawberries, raspberries, a spoonful of passion fruit pulp and a sprinkle of flaked almonds.
Serve: 1 large bowl or 2 small bowls
