HFM Yellow Curry with Spicy Tofu

Ingredients
- 1L HFM Yellow Curry Sauce
- 1 Medium Size Broccoli
- 200g Spicy Tofu
- ½ Bunch Coriander
- 1 Punnet Zucchini Noodles
- 4 Packet Cooked Rice Tilda
Method

Place the curry sauces on a pot and bring the boil on medium heat.

Meanwhile, cut the broccoli into florets and finely slice the tofu into long strips. Set aside.

Wash and finely chop the coriander reserving some leaves for garnishing.

Add the zucchini noodles, broccoli tofu and coriander to the sauce and cook for 7-10 mins.

Serve hot with rice and garnish with coriander leaves.
