Fruit Roll-Ups

Makes: 1 tray
Ingredients
Mixed Berry Roll-Ups
- 2 Punnets Blueberries
- 2 Punnets Blackberries
- 1 Tbsp Honey
Strawberry and Raspberry Roll-Ups
- 400g Strawberries
- 2 Punnets Raspberries
- 2 Tbsp Honey
Kiwi Roll-Ups
- 5 Kiwis
- 1 Tbsp Honey
Papaya and Lime Roll-Ups
- 600g Papaya, peeled
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- ½ Lime, squeezed juice
Method
- Preheat the oven to 80°C.
- Place ingredients into a blender and blitz until a fine puree.
- Pour onto a lined baking tray and evenly spread to the edges.
- Place in the oven and cook for 3-6 hours, depending on the fruit you used. Check every hour after 3 hours until they are firm in the middle.
- Remove from the oven and place on the bench. Peel off the baking paper and slice the edges off. Then cut in half lengthways and then cut in half again.
- Roll and enjoy!
