Fruit Roll-Ups

Mixed flavoured fruit roll ups

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cooking Time: 4-6 hours

Makes: 1 tray

Ingredients

Mixed Berry Roll-Ups

  • 2 Punnets Blueberries
  • 2 Punnets Blackberries
  • 1 Tbsp Honey

Strawberry and Raspberry Roll-Ups

  • 400g Strawberries
  • 2 Punnets Raspberries
  • 2 Tbsp Honey

Kiwi Roll-Ups

  • 5 Kiwis
  • 1 Tbsp Honey

Papaya and Lime Roll-Ups

  • 600g Papaya, peeled
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • ½ Lime, squeezed juice

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 80°C.
  2. Place ingredients into a blender and blitz until a fine puree.
  3. Pour onto a lined baking tray and evenly spread to the edges.
  4. Place in the oven and cook for 3-6 hours, depending on the fruit you used. Check every hour after 3 hours until they are firm in the middle.
  5. Remove from the oven and place on the bench.  Peel off the baking paper and slice the edges off.  Then cut in half lengthways and then cut in half again.
  6. Roll and enjoy!
