A simple, quick way to prepare broccoli that is loaded with flavour and texture, with a good kick of heat & tons of umami goodness.

For the dressing:

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C
  2. Spread the broccoli florets onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Drizzle with the olive oil, toss to coat, then spread back into one single layer. Roast in the oven for 10-12 minutes, until the edges of the florets are starting to brown and crisp up.
  3. Meanwhile, prepare the dressing by whisking all the dressing ingredients together in a bowl.
  4. Once the broccoli is roasted, pile onto a large dish and spoon the dressing onto it while it is still hot. Serve immediately.

Prep time: 10 mins.
Cook time: 10-15 mins.
Serves: 2.
