Chocolate Mousse, Cherries and Brownie Trifle
Ingredients
- 500g Chocolate Mousse
- 500g Cherries
- 300ml Thickened Cream
- 1 Tbsp Icing Sugar
- 260g Chocolate Brownie
Method

Place the chocolate mousse into a piping bag and set aside.

Remove the seeds from the cherries using a cherry pitter and reserving some whole ones for garnishing.

Place the cream and the icing sugar into a mixing bowl and whip usingb and electric mixer until soft peaks form.

Tear the brownie into small pieces and set aside.

Build the trifle by piping equals amount of mousse into each glass, follow by the pitted cherries, then add the cream, sprinkle some of the chocolate brownie pieces, top with more cream and garnish with a whole cherry.
