Caesar Dressed Baby Cos

Ingredients:

  • 1 Baby Cos Twin Pack 
  • 100ml Caesar dressing (Beerenberg) 
  • 1 cup Croutons  
  • 70g Parmesan Cheese  

Method:

  1. Begin by selecting fresh baby cos leaves, washing them, and allowing them to air dry.

  2. Once dry, halve or quarter the leaves and transfer them to a mixing bowl.

  3. Into the same bowl, combine the dressing, pre-made croutons, and a generous sprinkling of grated Parmesan cheese.

  4. Mix the ingredients thoroughly, and for an extra burst of flavor, sprinkle additional grated Parmesan on top before serving.

Tips:

  • As a side dish, pair this salad with grilled meats, fish, or seafood for a well-rounded meal.
