Wintulichs is a well known and long established South Australian smallgoods producer. Originally started by Jakob Wintulich in 1909 in the Barossa Valley and with our German heritage we have become well known for making mettwurst, biersticks, kranskys , bacon, ham and a wide range of other smallgoods.

Biersticks are traditional German salami style meat sticks. Our biersticks are award winning - fermented for flavour, cooked for food safety and then dried over days to achieve a delightfully tasty snack.

We use only Australian beef and Australian Pork and our biersticks are naturally smoked with red gum sourced from the Barossa Valley.
