Baked Brie with Nectarines, Blueberries and Macadamia Nuts

Ingredients:
- 450g Triple Cream Brie HFM
- 1 Nectarine
- ¼ Cup Blueberries
- 2 Tbsp Macadamia Nuts
- Fresh Oregano Leaves or Fresh Thyme
- 2-3 Tbsp Honey
- Sourdough Bread slices
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Place the cheese on an oven proof plate. Score the top of the cheese with a knife.
3. Slice of the cheeks of the nectarine and finely slice the cheeks. Spread the slices around then top of the cheese.
4. Place the blueberries on top.
5. Roughly chop the macadamia nuts and sprinkle on top.
6. Pick some of the oregano leaves or thyme leaves if using and sprinkle on the cheese.
7. Drizzle the honey all over the cheese and place into the oven fo 15-20mins until golden.
8. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 mins.
9. Serve with sourdough toast or crackers.
