Ingredients
- Poachers Pantry smoked bacon
- Meredith Dairy Goat Cheese
- ½ Loaf Sourdough
- 1 avocado
- Salt and Pepper
- Olive Oil
METHOD
- Grill or toast sourdough slices and drizzle with olive oil.
- Spread the toasted bread with guacamole, add goat cheese pieces, and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Pan-fry bacon for around 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Sprinkle with micro greens or fresh baby herbs.
