Air Fryer Garlic Bread

Cooking time: 15 mins + 2 hrs Confit Garlic

Ingredients

10-15 Garlic cloves

½ Cup Olive Oil

150g Butter

1 Tbsp chopped Thyme

1 tsp Chilli flakes

½ Bunch Parsley
-
1 tsp Smoked Paprika

50g Parmesan Cheese

1 Large Ciabatta Bread

Salt & Pepper
Method

Peel and place the garlic in an oven proof container reserving 2 fresh garlic cloves for later. Add the olive oil making sure that the garlic is fully submerged and add the thyme leaves.

Place into the oven at 120°C for two hrs until garlic is tender and golden. Finely chop the parsley.

Let the butter reach to room temperature and add the parsley, chilli flakes, paprika, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Crush the reserved garlic cloves and mix well until combined.

Add the confit garlic once ready and mash trough.

Slice the bread across ¾ of the way down so the slices still attached to the loaf and 2 cm separation in between slices.

Spread the garlic butter into each slice and fill it in with cheese. Sprinkle with some parmesan and place it on the air fryer at 180°C for 12 mins.

Remove from the air fryer and serve warm with freshly grated parmesan and chopped parsley.
