Affogato

Serves: 8-10

Ingredients

  • 8 Scoops HFM Vanilla Ice Cream  
  • 4 HFM Espresso Shots  
  • 50g Dark Chocolate 70% 

Method

  1. Place 2 balls of vanilla ice cream in a cup. 

  2. Make 1 espresso at a time and pour over the ice cream. 

  3. Shave some chocolate on top using a peeler and serve.
