- 8 Scoops HFM Vanilla Ice Cream
- 4 HFM Espresso Shots
- 50g Dark Chocolate 70%
Method

Place 2 balls of vanilla ice cream in a cup.

Make 1 espresso at a time and pour over the ice cream.

Shave some chocolate on top using a peeler and serve.
