Since 1888, our family has grown apples in Tasmania’s beautiful Huon Valley. In 1998 we went organic. With sunlight, water, love and a little luck we nurture our organic orchards because we believe everyone deserves the best mother nature can offer.
We’re always looking for ways to reduce our impact on our environment. That’s why we’ve made the shift to fully home-composable packing, for all our delicious, organic apples.
When you’re done with our bags, chuck them in your compost just like you would our apples cores.
After use, remove any non-compostable stickers.
Place in home compost.
Package will disintegrate within 6 months.
When compost is ready, use it in your garden!
We strongly believe that reducing plastic waste is necessary and achievable and we are genuinely trying to do something about it. We believe everyone deserves the best nature can offer and this way of thinking plays a part in everything we do including our organic produce and our packing. We are actively reducing as much waste as we can are continually searching for ways to improve and lessen our environmental impact.
