My pick of the week is white peaches. We are promoting a variety called Ice Queen, they're a good size sweet peach from the Shepparton region in VIC. Every Year in mid-January is when peaches hit their peak while February is the month for nectarines. To be truthful, it’s hard to say if the white peaches are any better than the yellows this week, they are both fantastic quality and great eating. Our growers have more whites than yellows this week so that’s what we are promoting but you won’t be disappointed whichever peach you buy. The hot weather down south in the Shepparton region is ideal for sweetness and flavour. They don’t get any better than right now and they're at all HFM stores this week, at a fantastic price - enjoy!
