This week we have a fabulous bargain, something a little different! We call it midi cos lettuce. Its great value, sweeter than the traditional large cos and far more of the lettuce is able to be used. The Gazzola family in Somerville, Victoria grow these and harvest them daily. Then they vacuum cool the product and dispatch daily across Australia. It's an excellent product, perfect for Caesar or garden salads, ideal to serve cheese and other snacks on or can be braised or made into a soup. It's available as a great special in our stores this week!
