My picks for this week are lemons and limes. Easter means seafood for many of us and all seafood dishes are better with lemons and/or limes! Both are flushing into the markets this week. Limes have dropped markedly in price and lemons (especially Imperfects) are about as cheap as they can get. Both store very well in the fridge so stock up for Easter and a bit beyond with these low prices and fantastic quality.

Choose plump, bright lemons and limes that are heavy for their size.
HOW TO STORE
Store at room temperature for one week, or in the fridge for up to two weeks.
