My pick this week is yellow capsicums. These are grown by the Flavorite company, in glasshouses in Warragul in Victoria. Originally from Central and South America, they are now grown across the world. They are very high in vitamin C and also contain some vitamin B6, potassium and antioxidants. They are normally as dear, if not dearer, than the green or red options. A small window of opportunity will see yellow caps at around half the price of the other colours, in all Harris Farm stores this week!
