It doesn’t get much better than delving into a warm bath at the end of the day. Pink Himalayan salt is full of minerals, like sodium and magnesium, which help soothe those tired muscles. A perfect addition to a warm, steamy bath... why not add in a candle and glass of wine while you’re at it!
INGREDIENTS

½ cup Herbal tea

1 cup Himalayan Pink Rock Salt

Essential oils (optional)

Epsom Salts (optional)
METHOD
- Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl.
- Store in an airtight container or jar.
