Let's Talk Pork | Sizzle Up Your Summer

 

Our sweet and succulent pork is an absolute joy to eat. You'll only need to leave about 1/4-inch of fat or less to flavor the meat. Most pork cuts are already closely trimmed. Filled with irresistible flavour, it just screams ‘Summer Barbecue’.

Hot tip: Try not to lift the hood too much during cooking. This lets the heat escape and extends the cooking time!
