Rockmelons are moist with sweet apricot coloured flesh, with white seeds in their centre. They have a distinctive sweet tropical flavour. Rockmelon is a delicious ingredient in salads, smoothies and eaten by itself. It's a good source of vitamins A and C. Small amounts of thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, iron, magnesium and calcium.
