The Farm Our vineyard is located in Central West NSW, in a town called Billimari. The clean air and clarity of the country has meant our grapes are packed full of flavour and nutrients – contributing to the fantastic flavour of our vinegar. Our vineyard’s grapes are grown purely for our vinegar, so only the best produce makes its way into our bottles.
