Maggie Beer Duck and Green Peppercorn Pate
Duck & Green Peppercorn pate is earthy, rich, and yet light on the palate to finish. A full flavoured pate perfect to serve as an appetiser, spooned straight from the tub onto freshly toasted bread.
For a delicious starter, simply pan sear pear slices and deglaze with Verjuice, then thickly spread the Duck & Green Peppercorn pate onto a crostini, and top with a slice of pear. Teaming it with a Verjuice martini is a hard combination to beat!
