La Molisana Gnocchi di Patate is a special pasta made with potatoes and flour. These gorgeous gnocchi are so quick and easy to cook, they simply take only 2-3 minutes. Put gnocchi in boiling salted water and as soon as they float to the surface they are ready to be eaten. Simply drain and serve with your favourite sauce be it a special Italian tomato sauce and some Reggiano cheese or creamy mushroom sauce.
