Bhutan Blossoms Bhutanese Mountain Tea

Bhutan Blossoms create authentic food products with naturally grown herbs, spices and vegetables from Bhutan, perfected with precious edible flowers. The purpose of Bhutan Blossoms is to empower the small-holding farming communities that grow our ingredients and to develop regenerative agricultural landscapes that improve ecosystems.

Ingredients: Apple (57%), Cinnamon (17%), Spearmint, Peppermint, Lemon Verbena, Cardamom, Clove, Edible Flowers (Calendula and Cornflower).
May contain traces of soya.

TEA PREPARATION
Cooking time +/- 15 min.

1. Heat 500 ml of water in a tea pot.
2. Once the water starts boiling, add approx. 10 g (1/4) of Mountain Tea Mix and continue boiling for another 2-3 minutes.
3. Rest the tea for another 5 minutes and serve with honey or enjoy as it is!
4. (For Ice Tea): Once the tea is cold, serve in a chilled glass with ice cubes.
