Apricots are small stone fruits that are not too juicy but defiently smooth and sweet. Described as having a tart flavour they fall between a peach and a plum in flavour. Delicious as a snack on there own or are easy to add to yogurt, salads or cakes. A good source of vitamin C and a useful source of potassium and antioxidants.
