UP-UP Dark Wild Mint is an inspiring dark chocolate bar characterised because of the distinctive cacao notes with the perfect balance between sweetness and bitter tones, followed by nutty flavours and well-defined kick of refreshing wild mint, finishing with hints of dried-fruit and a refreshing aftertaste. Crafted from Single Estate 50% cacao content made with fine flavour cocoa beans from a single farm called "El Rosario" located in the Necocli region on the north-eastern coast of Colombia.
