Bacon Egg Muffin Bundle

1. Preheat a sandwich press.  

2. Cook the bacon on a BBQ or a frying pan on a high heat for 1-2 minutes until golden brown. 

3. Cook your eggs by poaching, as scramble or shallow fry. 

4. Spread some butter on each half of the muffins, build the muffins by placing the bacon, egg and cheese. 

5. Place in the sandwich press for 4-5mins until cheese is melted and the muffins are golden brown.
