This wine has been barrel fermented, lees stirred and matured for more depth and flavor in the wine. The result is a wonderfully complex wine, aromatically the wine relies on varietal spiced pear, but has a touch of charry oak, yeast complexity and citrus.

I think of freshly squeezed lime. Great for summer.
