White Nectarines

Summer stone fruit that are similar to their yellow counterparts but lack a gene that causes fuzz. They're a beautiful red on the outside with a creamy white interior. Compared to their yellow conterparts, white flesh nectarines are less tangy and acidic. This fruit is a good source of vitamins A and C with some vitamin B3, and potassium.
